Flat Handle Paper Carry Bag Making Machine SBH330B-508TH
This is special machine for the production of shopping bags (block bottom bags) with flat belt handle. Whole machine is controlled by Japan Mitsubishi computer central control system with touch screen and Mitsubishi servo motor for cut-off length control.
It can produce variable sizes paper bag. Machine could pasting paper handle inline for compeletly paper bags without any manual process. The machine automatic paper fed from roll, tube forming, cut-off, bottom forming, bottom glue, bag forming and final bag output. All steps are completed in-line, this machine is an idea equipment for Flat handle square bottom paper bag.
Main Features:
1.Equipped with Japan Mitsubishi servo system and SICK photocell for correction, tracking the printed material accurately, minimize the adjustment and preset time, increase the production efficiency.
2.Equipped with Mitsubishi electric control system, Mitsubishi motion controller (CPU), through the integration of and optical fiber to realize high speed and high precision, motion control,
3.Production flow test. The touch screen display, the operation function is clear and has good human-machine interface
4.Fault the automatic alarm, equipped with wall paper detector, avoid because plugging paper and damaged machine.
5.Automatic grease lubrication supply system, blocking alarm.
6.Equipped American Nordson cold spray adhesive system for bag side seal, ensure high-speed state side sealing, and adjust glue volume with mechanical speed automatic , save glue!
